PURPOSE: A system and a method for making an event using a one time password and a one time game item are provided to safely perform an access and a transaction of an item. CONSTITUTION: An item determining unit(11) determines at least one of game item data. A quiz determining unit(12) determines at least one of quiz data. A cost call unit(13) calls a cost for a response about the quiz data. A payment unit(14) pays the called cost. When input response data is matched with answer data corresponding to the quiz data, a coupon number call unit(15) calls a coupon number corresponding to the determined game item data.
