PURPOSE: A mask for clean room is provided, which prevents foreign material like saliva from being exhausted to the outside and minimizes generation of dust in the cut out part of the mask. CONSTITUTION: A mask for clean room comprises: a mask body(11) which is formed so that the length become narrow towards both side ends; a cover(14) which is thermally fused in the top end portion of the mask body and in which both side ends are thermally fused in both side ends of the mask body by ultrasonic wave and a metal or plastic wire is buried in the bottom; and a hanging band(12) in which both ends are fused with both side ends of the mask body by ultrasonic wave. The mask body, band, cover and a wrinkle part(13) are integrated by ultrasonic wave welding.
