The device has a vertical hanger (2) fixed to a wall or ceiling or under a roof by an anchoring stand (1) and with an end including a bolted or welded u-shaped primary hook (3). Arched arms (10, 11) are articulated on the hook, and an arched cable lead-through tube (12) oscillates at an interior of the hook without obstacle. A driving system drives the arms and the tube in rotation and is constituted by an endless screw (5). The endless screw is activated by a fixed or detachable crank (6), and a stirrup is integrated to the arms. |
