The cooler (12) has a reheating fluid circuit (16) integrated to a lower casing (14) for reheating the cooler, where the lower casing is made of a metal i.e. aluminum. The reheating fluid circuit is placed at an end of the lower casing. Fluid to be cooled reaches an upper casing (15) and passes along a bundle. The upper casing and the lower casing permit integration of the cooler in a vehicle (10). The metal ensures conduction of heat along the lower casing. An independent claim is also included for a vehicle comprising a turbocharger.
