The device has a central part (A) in the form of star comprising an orifice (O) in which is a top part of an umbrella and an immobilizing system are introduced. Adjustable length straps (B) are connected to branches of the central part, and prolong the central part. Pouches (C) are associated at an end of the straps, where the pouches are provided with a closure forming the mass for maintenance of the umbrella. The central part constitutes a part performing the pressure maintenance on a surface of a fabric or membrane of the umbrella.
