摘要 <p>PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing and a structure of a tactility available type touch panel using a polymer having deformability by electrical energy are provided to enable a user to recognize the image or shape of the letter by contact of combination of 3D grid-type protruded cells. CONSTITUTION: A unit cell of a haptic type touch panel includes a transparent conductive electrode(100), a electroactive polymer(101) having the electrical deformability, a transparent conductive electrode(102) and a bottom support layer film or glass(103). The transparent conductive electrode is formed on the top of the bottom support layer. The Polymer having the electrical deformability is formed on the top of the transparent conductive electrode. The bottom support layer film or the glass is formed in the lower part of the transparent conductive electrode.</p>
