The device has a set of determination units determining rotation speeds (omega e1, omega e2) of input shafts (3, 5, 7) connected to electric machines and driving torques (Tice, Te1, Te2). A set of calculation units determine a frame of rotational speed of a shaft among the input shafts and an output shaft (9) with respect to a frame of drive torque (Ti) exerted on the input shaft to a thermal engine (ICE). Alert units alert a failure of the determination units if the rotational speed determined by the determination units is outside the frame of the rotation speed.
