The pulley has a sheave (1) rotatively mounted on an annular support element, and a side flange parallel to a side flange (5). Flanges are mounted on the support to carryout a rotation relative to each other. The flanges have respective guiding elements (7, 8) to form a bridge between the flanges in a predetermined angular position of the flanges. Each guiding element has a hole in a region axially projected towards the exterior for passage of a fixation rope i.e. traction rope (CT), or a textile shackle.
