The device has a shoulder belt (3) unrolled from a roller (4) fixed in an upper part of a backrest of a seat (1). A fixing case (6) is integrated to a side of the backrest. A ventral belt (7) prolongs the shoulder belt starting from a slipping bolt, where end of the ventral belt is fixed at an anchoring unit (8) that is integrated on a side opposite to the backrest. The seat has two lateral slides (9, 10) performing sliding motion to detachably fix the bolt in the case. The belts are arranged automatically around a person sitting on the seat when the belts are at a lowered position.
