The implant has an intraosseous anchoring base (1) with a connection unit connecting the base to a support pier (2) of a prosthetic tooth. The unit has a neck (11) comprising an annular throat (10) extended upwards by a tenon (12). The tenon having a truncated cone section is sealingly coifed by a homothetic bore (20) formed in a truncated cone bottom (21) of the pier. The tenon carries an indexing relief (13) co-operating with a complementary impression of the bore for assuring an angular positioning of the relief. The relief is formed by a stud with equilateral triangular section.
