The device has a control device (3) connected to an oil reservoir (2) inserted into a deep fryer (1). A panic switch (4) is provided at the control device and adjusts the temperature. Two heating lines (5) are connected with the control device. The control device has a mechanically adjustable temperature controller (6) with double metal sheets, where one end of a heat transfer rod (10) is connected with the controller and other free end runs up to a bottom of the reservoir. The heat transfer rod is leaf-shaped and made of metal. Overheat control device is provided in the rod.
