PURPOSE: The high efficiency highly directional speaker system and signal processing method of the base presently apply the block filter coefficient of the input signal to the block oriented signal detection. In that way the tone quality of the notice flavor speaker is improved at high speed. CONSTITUTION: The envelope detector(101) presently calculates the envelop of the inputted audio input signal. The block oriented signal detection unit(102) calculates the block energy. By comparing the value applying the block input signal and the block filter factor getting from the previous block input signal the block adaptive filter calculation unit(110) presently present calculates the block filter factor.
