PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing black rice medicinal wine is provided to help digestion by healthy ingredient and to prevent aging. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing black rice medicinal wine comprises: a step of stirring black rice at 0°C and 50-100rpm for 24 hours to extracting anthocyanin component; a step of steaming black rice for 24 hours; a step of culturing the hard-boiled rice for two days and seed malt for 4-5 days to obtain distiller's yeast; a step of fermenting the fermented distiller's yeast and black rice in a jar; a step of adding black rice extract water and fermenting for 1 day; a step of steaming black rice again; and a step of adding hard-boiled black rice, fermentation starter and black rice extract water. |
