PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely remove rubber burrs from a workpiece formed by integrally molding a rubber material or a synthetic-resin material having rubber-like elasticity, to a metal component. SOLUTION: A deburring device comprises: a workpiece receiving fixture 1 for supporting a workpiece W formed by integrally molding a rubber-like elastic material or a synthetic-resin material to a metal component; a deburring unit 2 having a deburring tool 21, made of a rubber-like elastic material, and a device 24 for rotating the deburring tool 21; and a slide unit 3 that moves the deburring unit 2 so as to press the deburring tool 21 against the workpiece W. The deburring tool 21 is pressed against the workpiece W while rotating the deburring tool, thereby softening rubber burrs on the surface of the workpiece W by frictional heat and peeling off and removing the rubber burrs by shearing force due to rotation.
