The present invention relates to a filter cloth for a belt filter, wherein the filter cloth has an air permeability of 100 l/(min*dm2) to 350 l/(min*dm2) and fibers of the filter cloth have a fiber thickness of 25μm to 35μm and contain from 50% by weight to 100% by weight of perfluoroalkoxylalkane (PFA). The filter cloth has 25 to 35 warp threads (3) and 15 to 25 weft threads (2) per 1 cm.
