摘要 <p>Provided are a method and an apparatus for a simulation test of the centrifugal stress of a turbine blade, wherein inner defects in a boundary portion between a blade portion and a shroud, which is clad with an erosion resistant material by welding, can be accurately tested in a static manner, in only the turbine blade. When a blade root (18) of a turbine blade (10) is mounted in a blade root holding portion (20), and a force is applied to the blade root (18) from the outside of the blade root holding portion (20) in the centrifugal force direction, to eliminate the backlash in the fitting of the blade root (18) to the blade root holding portion (20), a resultant pressing force corresponding to the centrifugal force obtained during the operation of a turbine is applied to a shroud (12), and the portion of the shroud (12), which is opposed to the pressing force applied portion, is fixed. Further, a resultant pressing force corresponding to the torsion returning force and the centrifugal force of the turbine blade (10) generated by the operation of the turbine is applied to the shroud (12). Thus, a simulation test of the centrifugal stress of the weld overlay portion is performed.</p>
