<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive apparatus for efficiently removing husks, simpler than a conventional apparatus and suitable for miniaturization. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus 1 for removing the husks is equipped with a grinding and crushing part 2 having an inner and outer double-cylinder structure, and a wind selection part 6 installed in the lower side thereof. The grinding and crushing part 2 has an inner cylinder 3 rotating around a horizontal shaft and an outer cylinder 4 surrounding the inner cylinder 3. A clearance 21 narrower than the dimension of raw material beans 9 is formed between the inner cylinder 3 and the outer cylinder 4. Groove rows 32 are formed on the outer periphery surface of the inner cylinder 3, and small-diameter sieve holes 43 having diameters smaller than those of the raw material beans 9 are formed at the lower half part 42 of the outer cylinder 4. The raw material beans 9 put between the inner cylinder 3 and the outer cylinder 4 are ground and crushed to a mixture of husk fragments 91 and cotyledon fragments 92, and the mixture drops to the inside of the wind selection part 6 through the sieve holes 43 of the outer cylinder 4. The wind selection part 6 is equipped with a blower 61 in the side, and a plurality of partitioning blade plates 64 in the ascent slope, arranged at an interval in the upper and lower direction are attached to the downwind side of a dropping opening 53. The husk fragments 91 in the mixture cross over the partitioning blade plates 64 by receiving crosswind, and accumulated at a husk fragment-collecting part 65 at the downwind side, and the cotyledon fragments 92 drop at the upwind side of the partitioning blade plates 64. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
