<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power consumption calculation device for reducing processing quantity for calculating power consumption for each of a plurality of power consumption parameters. <P>SOLUTION: A power consumption calculation device 500 includes: a load information obtaining means 501; a first power consumption calculation means 502; and a second power consumption calculation means 503. The load information obtaining means obtains the load information of electronic equipment each time a prescribed obtaining period passes. On the basis of the reference value (reference parameter) of a power consumption parameter and load information obtained in a calculation period, the first power consumption calculation means calculates the power consumption (reference power consumption) related with the reference parameter in the calculation period.
