PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems by raising convenience as a vending machine useful for crime prevention by contributing to earnings of a vending machine company by performing various using methods, and contributing to local residents by transmitting disaster information or the like though this kind of vending machine in general only sells articles such as drink, is not utilized for multiuse, and lacks in convenience. SOLUTION: In order to solve the above problems, this vending machine with an advertisement panel performs advertisement by attaching a monitor which is a mobile panel, a speaker and an Internet transceiver to an upper part of a vending machine body, generates electricity by further attaching a photovoltaic generation solar panel to the outside of the upper part of the body, performs the photovoltaic generation to save electricity by attaching a photovoltaic generation and storage device to a lower part in the body, and plays a role of the crime prevention by attaching a web camera side by side.
