PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost dust protector for spectacles, the protector capable of being attached to prescription spectacles or sunglasses that are normally worn, which does not block the wearer's view, which is light and inducing no discomfort, which can effectively protect eyes against pollens or dust, and which can be folded at a temple and stored inside a spectacle case. SOLUTION: The dust protector is formed into a pair of right and left cylindrical shapes, placed inside temples 5 of spectacles, enclosing the left and the right spectacle frames 4 and hardly leaving a gap, with respect to a wearer's face in the back side the spectacle frames 4. The protector includes a pair of left and right plastic film pieces 1, prepared by cutting the above cylindrical shapes each at the position of a pad 7 and expanding into a planar figure, further, cutting a notch 3 for avoiding a connecting part 8 between the spectacle frame 4 and the temple 5, and sticking a double-sided adhesive tape 2, to an end of each plastic film piece or subjecting the end to an adhesion-imparting process.
