The present invention relates to a cell cartridge having a frame structure for accommodating a plate-type battery cell therein. The cell cartridge consists of a pair of plate-type frames to which an outer surface of the battery cell is fixed when at least one side surface of both side surfaces of the battery cell is opened. A resilient press member is attached onto an outer surface of each of the frames to enable a heat-dissipating member to tightly contact and be fixed at the open side surface of the battery cell during the construction of a cell module.
