The device has a front dynamo and a rear dynamo, which are attached to a bicycle. The dynamos are guided to a rechargeable battery by a charging unit. Energy produced by friction of dynamo heads is stored. The dynamos are provided in a weather-proof, lockable container on a package carrier. Lost energy is stored. An independent claim is also included for a method for generating electrical energy using human kinetic energy.
