The conductor section has higher resistance in comparison to the remaining conductor for forming a securing element (12), and is enclosed by a housing (14) that is formed as a hollow cylindrical casing. The conductor section has variable cross-section in comparison to the remaining conductor, where changing of the cross-section is taken place by mechanical deformation or removal of material of the conductor section.
