摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To comparatively accurately obtain track information wherein influence of gravitational acceleration is excluded at comparatively low cost by use of a mobile terminal. SOLUTION: This mobile terminal includes: an acceleration sensor detecting acceleration in a y-axis direction along a short side of a nearly rectangular parallelepiped-shaped casing, and acceleration in an x-axis direction perpendicular to both a long side and the short side of the casing; and an angular velocity sensor detecting angular velocity of rotation of the casing around a y-axis. Based on the detected angular velocity, a slant angle of the casing is calculated. When moving the casing in a state that the short side of the casing is contacted with a plane, the influence of gravitational acceleration on an x-axis acceleration measurement value Mx of the acceleration sensor is corrected based on the calculated slant angleθ. Based on a translation acceleration ay(My) in the y-axis direction and a translation acceleration ax obtained by the correction, movement amounts in two axis directions on the plane are calculated. When a static state of the casing is detected, a slant angle is calculated based on gravitational acceleration and an acceleration detection sensor output, and the obtained slant angleθis replaced with the calculated slant angle.
