<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball-point pen which can reduce variation of the repulsive force of a spring and can suppress increase of the number of parts, and to provide a method for producing the ball-point pen. <P>SOLUTION: The ball-point pen 1 includes a chip body 2 which rotatably holds a ball 21 in a front end part by an inward front end edge part 22, the spring 5 which presses the ball 21 forward and makes the ball 21 closely contacted with the inner surface of the front end edge part 22, a chip holding cylinder 3 which fixes the chip body 2 to the front end part, and an ink holding tube 4 which fixes the chip holding cylinder 3 to the front end part. The front end part outer surface of the ink holding tube 4 is press-fitted and fixed to the rear end opening inner surface of the chip holding cylinder 3. The rear end of the spring 5 is brought into contact with the front end surface of the ink holding cylinder 4, and the front end of the spring 5 is brought into contact with the rear surface of the ball 21. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
