PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a puncture-sealing agent which can prevent the degradation of the puncture-sealing agent caused by air. SOLUTION: The method for producing the puncture-sealing agent includes a mixing process for mixing at least a rubber latex, water, and an anti-freezing liquid and performing the irradiation of ultrasonic waves in the mixing process. In the method for producing the puncture-sealing agent, wherein a filtration process for filtering after the mixing process is added, the irradiation of the ultrasonic waves are performed in the filtration process. In addition, in the method for producing the puncture-sealing agent, the mixing process includes the first mixing process for mixing the rubber latex with the water, the second mixing process for mixing the anti-freezing agent with an adhesive agent, and the third mixing process for mixing a mixture liquid obtained in the first mixing process with a mixture liquid obtained in the second mixing process.
