PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound effect superimposing apparatus which can be externally mounted in a number of cellular phones and allows a speech partner to listen to a result of superimposing a sound effect such as music, short interlude or environmental sound on a voice during the speech, without using any circuit such as a mixer for electrically mixing voice signals. SOLUTION: The present invention relates to an accessory which is external mounted in a cellular phone by an attachment, wherein a hole of a case, that is a sound effect generating port, is positioned in a speech port of the cellular phone but the speech port is not closed in such positioning, thereby forming a so-called speech path where a voice generated by a speaker enters the speech port. Therefore, two sounds of a sound effect and the voice generated by the speaker are substantially superimposed before entering the speech port of the cellular phone and the superimposed sound is converted into an electric signal by a microphone, of the cellular phone, provided in the speech port.
