PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation device with binoculars having a video check device with a driving device which confirms a video of a video display board of a portable telephone set that has a shooting machine and a photography device with binoculars from a lens side to change a photography position and composition, or releases the shutter, receives radio wave transmitted by a transmitter, and performs photography in a set time. SOLUTION: In the operation device with binoculars, a horizontal direction driving device is provided on an upper side of a shooting machine mounting table mounting a tripod on the reverse side, a tip part of a vertical direction driving device is provided with a shooting machine mounting tool and a receiver for receiving radio waves, a timer, and an insertion plug are designed on the same circuit, and an angle of photography is adjusted by mounting the binoculars, a horizontal direction operation button, and a vertical direction operation button.
