PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a greening construction method for artificially and surely forming a space allowing plants to naturally intrude from the circumference. SOLUTION: This greening construction method includes unfacially spraying a raising base 10 mixed with seeds and a raising base 20 unmixed with seeds to an inclined greening construction surface such as a slope and an inclined plane. When spraying the raising base 10 mixed with seeds and the raising base 20 unmixed with seeds, the raising base 20 unmixed with seeds is sprayed so as to be thinner than the raising base 10 mixed with seeds. Since the raising base 10 mixed with seeds becomes protruding and the raising base 20 unmixed with seeds becomes recessed, seeds coming by air from the circumference of the greening construction surface easily settle on the raising base 20 unmixed with seeds, and a space allowing plants to naturally intrude from the circumference of the greening construction surface is artificially formed.
