The present invention relates to a mop to be attached to a stick, comprising: a synthetic resin foam which expands and contracts when dampened or when dry; a cloth for covering the synthetic resin foam such that the foam is contained therein; and bands arranged at both sides of the cloth, thereby enabling wet mopping and dry mopping and ensuring cleanliness when dried.
