<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiographic imaging device which is capable of preventing the occurrence of difference in residual charge amount among radiation detection elements and TFTs regardless of the execution of collective reset processing. <P>SOLUTION: The radiographic imaging device 1 includes: a detection part P including a plurality of radiation detection elements 7 two-dimensionally arrayed in respective regions r defined by a plurality of scanning lines 5 and a plurality of signal lines 6; a switch means 8 which discharges charges from the radiation detection elements 7 in response to application of an on-voltage Von to the scanning lines 5 and stores charges in the radiation detection elements 7 in response to application of an off-voltage Voff to the scanning lines 5; and a scanning driving means 15 which controls a voltage V applied to the switch means 8 through respective scanning lines 5. When reset processing of the radiation detection elements 7 is terminated, the scanning driving means 15 gradually or stepwise reduces the voltage V applied to respective scanning lines 5, from the prescribed on-voltage Von to the prescribed off-voltage Voff to collectively turn off respective switch means 8 through respective scanning lines 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
