TEMPERATURE ADJUSTER, POWER STORAGE DEVICE, TEMPERATURE CONTROL PROGRAM AND TEMPERATURE CONTROL METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for accurately controlling the temperature of a secondary battery.

SOLUTION: A temperature adjuster 10 incorporated in a power storage device 1 includes a terminal temperature sensor 120 (terminal temperature measuring means), which measures the temperature of a terminal 201 of a secondary battery 20; a side face temperature sensor 130 (side face temperature measuring means) which measures the temperature of a side face 202 of the secondary battery 20; a duct heater 140 (heating means) which heats the secondary battery 20; a fan 150 (cooling means) which cools the secondary battery 20; and a control unit 110 (control means), which adjusts the temperature of the secondary battery 20, based on temperatures measured by the terminal temperature sensor 120 and the side-face temperature sensor 130. The control unit 110 adjusts the temperature of the secondary battery 20 so as to keep the temperature of the terminal 201 and that of the side face 202 lie within a predetermined temperature range, by using at least either the duct heater 140 or the fan 150.
