PLANAR ELEMENT AND TOUCH SWITCH

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a planar element capable of improving visibility and being efficiently manufactured, and to provide a touch switch.

SOLUTION: The planar element 1 includes a net-like electrode 12 formed by a plurality of conductive lines L like a net on one surface of a substrate. The net-like electrode 12 is divided into a plurality of conductive section areas 12a arranged with intervals and non-conductive section areas 12b arranged between respective conductive section areas 12a. Each non-conductive section area 12b has a plurality of cut sections 4 for cutting conductor lines L and the non-conductive section area 12b insulates between the adjacent conductive section areas by the cut sections 4.
