PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique that contributes to further improvement in damping performance in an impact tool that linearly drives a tool bit in the long-axis direction via an oscillating member.
SOLUTION: An impact tool has: a motor 111; a rotary shaft 125 rotationally driven by the motor 111; an oscillating member 129 that performs oscillation in the long-axis direction of a tool bit 119 on the basis of rotation of the rotary shaft 125; a tool driving mechanism 141, 143, and 145 that is connected with the end region, in a direction intersecting with the axis line of the rotary shaft 125, of the oscillating member 129 and is linearly moved in the long-axis direction of the tool bit 119 by the oscillation of the oscillating member 129 so as to linearly drive the tool bit 119; and a damping member 151 that is operated so as to suppress vibration in the long-axis direction of the tool bit 119 generated during machining work by the tool bit 119. The damping member 151 is arranged on the side opposite to the rotary shaft 125 across a linear-motion line of the tool bit 119 and is connected to a coupling part between the oscillating member 129 and the tool driving mechanism 141, 143, and 145 so as to be driven.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
|
