<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nano-material thin film including nano-wires arranged along a predetermined direction. <P>SOLUTION: The nano-material thin film includes at least one piece of a composite nano-film. One piece of the composite nano-film is equipped with plural composite nano-wires arranged along the same direction. One of the nano-wires includes at least one carbon nano-tube and a plurality of nano-particles formed on the carbon nano-tube. In each one of the nano-wires, a plurality of the nano-particles are formed so as to wrap at least a part of the external surface of the carbon nano-tube and are brought into contact with and continuously arranged along the axial direction of the carbon nano-tube. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
