PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack capable of exerting superb battery performance by reliably making an outer package case and a lid ultrasonically welded. SOLUTION: A welding rib 53a inserted into a welding groove 43 of sidewall 44a of the outer package case 5 with a plurality of terminal windows 41a to 41c, 42a, 42b formed is structured by notching parts at least in the vicinity of the terminal windows and arranging a plurality of trapezoid ribs 530a to 530g at intervals. An upper bottom of each trapezoid rib 530a to 530g is made opposed to the welding groove 43, and that, a center of each trapezoid rib 530a to 530g is positioned between each adjacent terminal windows 41a to 41c, 42a, 42b. With this arrangement, an end of each trapezoid rib 530a to 530g is made slanted toward a center in the Y direction of each terminal window 41a to 41c, 42a, 42b to form a slanted end.
