PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce manufacturing costs of a compressor and an air conditioning device by expanding the purpose of the compressor by expanding a width of compressing performance of the compressor. SOLUTION: This air conditioning device includes a use-side control section 205, an invertor control circuit 207, a bypass circuit 11 for making a refrigerant discharged from the compressor 21 bypass a heat source-side heat exchanger 32, an electronic expansion valve 112 for adjusting the amount of refrigerant bypassing the heat source-side heat exchanger 32, a required capacity calculating section 206 for calculating a required capacity of the compressor 21 necessary for keeping the conditioned air at a target air temperature, a driving frequency calculating section 2052 for calculating the driving frequency of the compressor 21 according to the required capacity, and a bypassing refrigerant amount calculating section 2053 for varying and calculating the amount of bypassing refrigerant according to the required capacity when the driving frequency is a lowest driving frequency, and the use-side control section 205 controls an operation of the electronic expansion valve 112 on the basis of the calculated amount of bypassing refrigerant.
