PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video viewing facility that prevents reflection of external light and shows a high-quality image to a user. SOLUTION: The image viewing facility includes a light emitting type display, and a circularly polarized light source 3 provided on the outside of the light emitting type display. The light emitting type display includes: in order from a viewing side, a first wavelength plate 4 having a function of changing circularly polarized light into linearly polarized light; a polarizing film 5; a second wavelength plate 6 having a function of changing circularly polarized light into linearly polarized light; a circularly polarized light splitting film 7; and a light emitting panel 8.
