Subject: system for avoiding sea water-and-fresh water mixing in subsea water springs and allowing the recovery of fresh water gushed from said springs. Constitution: a tight diaphragm situated at the outlet of water resurgences and perforated by ducts composed of a rectilinear pipe the inside end of which ends with a hyperbolic funnel and the outside end with a parabolic one, respectively; a water collector anchored on the sea bottom and emerging from the sea surface in such a way that its free top portion can be permanently exposed; moving nozzles arranged on the lower portion of the collector’s wall for allowing the escape of salt water; pumps placed onto a floating arrangement set onto the surface of the fresh water; a control system controlling in real time the water supply of the spring via one or several flow meters installed at the outlet of the ducts; an automatically-operated alarm and control system causing the opening, emerging and deactivation of the invented system provided that the pressures received by the water collector surpass a preset value.
