<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic photosensitive photoelectric device suppressing dark current for solving the problem in conventional technology. <P>SOLUTION: This organic photosensitive photoelectric device includes: an anode; an organic photosensitive layer formed on the anode and including an acceptor portion and a donor portion; a hole blocking layer formed on the organic photosensitive layer for interposing the organic photosensitive layer between the anode and itself; and a cathode formed on the hole blocking layer for interposing the hole blocking layer between the organic photosensitive layer and itself. The highest occupied molecular orbital (HOMO) of the hole blocking layer is at least 0.3 eV higher than that of the donor portion. The photoelectric device can effectively suppress dark current to improve sensitivity when applied to a detector. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
