<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container which is provided with a spout B with a cap B3 screw-attached to a cylindrical body B1 fixed to a mouth 10 of a container body A, and closes a cylindrical mouth 26 of the body B1 by a closing plate 25 for connecting its peripheral edge via a thin-walled breaking part 24, and has a ratchet mechanism between the closing plate 25 and the cap B3, and in which, when the cap is screw-attached, each tooth of the ratchet can execute easy ride-over, on the other hand, when the cap is screw-detached, the reliable unsealing can be executed. <P>SOLUTION: The container has the closing plate 25 which is arranged so that the center of the thin-walled breaking part 24 is offset with respect to the center of the body B1.
