<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric actuator which is less susceptible to friction and wear. <P>SOLUTION: The piezoelectric actuator (10) includes a protrusion (13) which protrudes from the first surface (11A) of a base member (11) toward a moving member (12) and can support the moving member (12), a first piezoelectric element (23) provided along a member different from the protrusion (13) and can elongate/contract in the direction intersecting the first surface (11A), and a second piezoelectric element (24) provided along a member different from the protrusion (13) and can elongate/contract in the direction different from the intersecting direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
