<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thumb hook which is very easy to use for a player. <P>SOLUTION: The thumb hook attachable to a wind instrument body includes: a tongue section which is extended to a player side so that the wind instrument body may be supported by transmitting upward force received from a thumb, to the wind instrument body; a plate 108 which can be removed; and a groove 107 in which the plate is inserted.
