PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information transmitting device capable of transmitting information in various genres, while in a space-saving manner. SOLUTION: The information transmitting device 1 includes an IC tag 2, which transmits n-th information (1≤n≤N) (N is an integer equal to or larger than 2) to a mobile phone 7, when the distance from the mobile phone 7 is several centimeters or shorter; a liquid crystal display panel 3, configured so that display contents, for example, characters "member registration" indicating the classification of selection buttons can be changed; a frame 4 surrounding the liquid crystal display panel 3; and 4 (N=4) selection buttons 5, which are attached to the frame 4 and are configured so as to select the n-th information transmitted from the IC tag 2. The IC tag 2 is configured so as to be able to transmit information relating to third information selected by user's depressing a third selection button 5C, namely, a hot spring information containing home page URL information, to the mobile phone 7 arranged several centimeters above the IC tag 2, along the transmission direction 6 through the liquid crystal display panel 3.
