PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emergency tent, a cooking stove for emergency distribution of food, and a toilet facility for temporary use for emergencies. SOLUTION: An emergency toilet system is an emergency toilet with a flower bed comprising a toilet part and a flower bed part placed there. The flower bed part has a lower part formed in toilet seat shape, and is placed on a toilet seat, and a tent is stored in the toilet part. The flower bed part is moved, and the tent is put up on the toilet part for use as a toilet. A connection part of the flower bed part is formed matching the seat shape of the toilet part. The flower bed part and the toilet part are thereby made detachable and normally used as the flower bed to maintain the scenery. The flower bed part is also usable as the cooking stove for emergency.
