PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pinball game machine for efficiently recovering foul balls not reaching a game area among game balls discharged toward the game area in the pinball game machine using the game balls as game media. SOLUTION: In the pinball game machine, by disposing a hitting ball discharge device 35 separately at the lower end 13b of the ball traveling surface 13a of an outer rail 13, a foul ball drop port F for dropping the foul ball is provided between the outer rail 13 and the hitting ball discharge device 35, and a foul ball recovery box 37 is disposed so as to be communicated with the foul ball drop port F at the lower part of the foul ball drop port F. A magnet member 48 is provided between the lower end 13b of the ball traveling surface 13a of the outer rail 13 and the inner side edge 37c on the side of the discharged ball guide rail 13 of the foul ball recovery box 37, and the foul balls dropped from the lower end 13b of the ball traveling surface 13a of the outer rail 13 is guided to the foul ball drop port F.
