Dispenser (10) of grated cheese obtained from a portion (2) of whole cheese, comprising: a mill (1) equipped with an inner core (3) extending along a longitudinal axis (4) and with serrated disks (5) projecting from said inner core (3) in such a way as to provide said mill (1) with a convex cutting profile (7); a box-shaped body (11) housing said mill (1) and said portion (2) of whole cheese; means (12) for rotating said inner core (3) of the mill (1) about said longitudinal axis (4); means (15) for bringing said mill (1) and said portion (2) of whole cheese mutually closer so that the mill (1) can assume a removal configuration in which said serrated disks (5) are operatively active on the portion (2) of whole cheese in order to grate it.
