PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing rice Makkoli(white rice wine) having onion peel is provided to promote rice consumption and to prevent and treat hypertension. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing rice Makkoli containing onion peel comprises a step of mixing 40g of hard-boiled rice, 10g of fermentation starter, and 10g of onion peel powder; a step of mixing well and maturing at 20°C in the dark for 20 days; a step of filtering the fermented Makkoli with underground water. |
