<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reflective light emitting diode capable of outputting light having uniform intensity, thanks to scattering of light which occurs on a reflecting surface. <P>SOLUTION: This reflective light emitting diode includes a support 6 made of a liquid crystal polymer while having the concave reflecting surface 2 in its inside, and a light emitting element 10 disposed with its light emitting surface turned toward the reflecting surface in the upper center part of the reflecting surface. When the liquid crystal polymer is used for the support, since the reflecting surface turns into a moderate rough surface, light emitted from the light emitting element is scattered by the reflecting surface, and emitted light becomes light having uniform intensity. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
