<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clear-coating composition having flexibility, without damaging the visual recognizing property of a coated article and also capable of enduring impact and the change of shape of the coated article for a long period of time, and the coated article comprising of the same. <P>SOLUTION: This clear-coating composition contains a resin composition containing a fluorine resin containing a hydroxy group and an isocyanate-based curing agent, a fluorine-based surfactant, an ultraviolet absorber, an organosilicate compound and solvent, and the isocyanate-based curing agent is a reaction product obtained by urethane-bonding (A) an isocyanate compound with (B) a lactone-based polyol, and having 1,000 to 10,000 weight-average molecular weight. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
